Reservation Fee Policy
A reservation fee is required to secure your interest in a German Shepherd and allows us to begin preparing for your adoption process. This fee helps us manage availability and ensure that families are seriously committed to welcoming a new companion.
100% Reservation Fee Refund
Your reservation fee will be refunded 100% once the full purchase of your German Shepherd has been completed. The reservation fee will be deducted or accounted for during the final purchase process and returned according to the completed adoption agreement.
No Refunds Before Full Purchase Completion
Reservation fees are not refundable before the completion of the full purchase process, as the fee is used to reserve your chosen German Shepherd and prevent the puppy from being offered to another family during the reservation period.
Returns
If circumstances change and you are unable to continue caring for your Wolftone German Shepherd at any point in the future, please contact us. We are committed to ensuring every dog remains safe and cared for and will work with you to find the best solution.
